We have recently expanded our technological equipment with state-of-the-art machines that take production capabilities to a new level. Thanks to these investments, we can offer higher precision, speed and flexibility of processing.

Next generation laser cutting

The top-of-the-line TruLaser 3030 is one of the leaders in the field of laser cutting. It enables processing

a wide range of materials with exceptional speed and precision, including complex shapes and thin sheets.

This technology is directly linked to a new product that will soon expand our machine park – TruBend Center 7020. This fully automated bending center from TRUMPF enables fast and highly precise bending of complex parts without the need for manual handling. Thanks to its high productivity and flexibility, it is the ideal complement to laser cutting, especially in custom and series production.

CNC machines for maximum precision

Our new CNC machines – Numalliance FTX 16 and INAXES IKC-860F – enable automated bending, milling and drilling with high precision, ensuring repeatability even for complex parts.

Turning and forming with attention to detail

Optimum TH 4610 D Vario lathe offers variable speed and universal use for a wide range of turning operations. The PYE 250 S.1 hydraulic press provides high pressing force for precise forming of metal parts.

Heat treatment and sheet metal bending

With CLM 30 hardening furnace, we can perform heat treatment of metals with high precision temperature control. The new electric sheet metal bending machine RBM 1050-30E enables efficient bending of sheets with a smooth result.
