ASV v.d. Solnice was established in 1992 by the transformation of VELOREX Hradec Králové cooperative. In the original premises of the company, at the beginning of the last century, there was a carpenter's workshop. After the nationalization in 1950, this workshop reoriented to metal production within the producers cooperative VELOREX Hradec Králové. It produced mainly three-wheeled vehicles VELOREX with a motorcycle engine until 1968. Then the production of vehicles was moved to a plant in Rychnov nad Kněžnou which is currently also a part of ASV. The plant in Solnice gradually reduced production to transformation in 1992 when there were only warehouses and a small car service for Trabant and Velorex vehicles. In the same year, the plant in Solnice became independent and was renamed to the ASV producers cooperative. It took two years to find the path of further development that is being followed by current production. Already in 1996, we supplied 100% of door tie rods to ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
At present, we mainly deal with metalworking with a focus on a wire program, sheet metal and tube processing, welding of metals, machining and powder coating. We have our own tool shop, metrology and development. Most of our products are designed for the automotive industry, such as seat frames, door tie rods, lock components and many more. Besides automotive, we supply products for the furniture industry and we have a smaller assortment of our own products such as motorcycle and bicycle mirrors, PC carts, laptop pads, bathroom accessories, advertising stands, etc.
The ASV producers cooperative is registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Court in Hradec Králové under the reference number Dr 176.
