In order to meet the demanding requirements of our clients, quality is one of our main priorities, so both our plants are certified according to ISO/TS 16949:2009.

Products
We are mainly engaged in metalworking with a focus on a wire program, sheet metal pressing, bending and forming of tubes, machining and powder coating.

Worldwide clients
We supply our products to many customers both domestically and abroad. Our customers include Johnson Controls, VW, ŠKODA AUTO, IKEA, Bosch, Magna, Esab, WITTE Automotive, Scherdel, Jopp, Edscha and others.

Modern technology
Our facilities are equipped with more than 20 CNC machines such as Wafios, BLM (Montorfano), AIM, Numeliance, AMOB, Panasonic and others.

Technology
Our know-how is our own development, tool shop and metrology. We are able to develop not only the product according to the customer's requirements, but also production equipment for its production. We keep pace with new worldwide technologies.

Company history
ASV v. d. was established in 1992 by the transformation of VELOREX Hradec Králové cooperative. Since then, the company has undergone a complete reorganization and redevelopment, reoriented itself to other production assortment and extended its capacity by the P02 plant in Rychnov nad Kněžnou.
